I've been working on a similar build myself, but I run 1 Femme instead of Creeper. Speaking of, it doesn't look like you have anything to boost your Link. Creeper is worth running because he frees up more MU for Sage, but that's only if your link is 2 or higher. Were the Akamatsus supposed to be Dyson Mem Chip? Even then, you would need both of them out to qualify Creeper to be zero MU. There's also the Access to Globalsec + Underworld Contact if you want to get some drip out of it, but that takes up a decent chunk of deck space.
How do you find your consistency in drawing the breakers you need? Without Self-modifying Code, are two Test Run enough? I like the Nerve Agent as an unexpected splash, too. Just a thought: I dropped Dinosaurus altogether in my latest build, replacing it with two Deep Red. I didn't like depending on drawing Dinosaurus first, in order to establish the DinoSage. Then you have to Scavenge to fix it, and that just takes time. Besides, with Deep Red out, Sage is 6 strength, and MemStrips on top of that puts him high enough that you shouldn't have any problems. You could even consider dropping 1 MemStrips and 1 Dinosaurus for 1 Deep Red, which would allow you to upgrade Nerve Agent to Medium, if you wanted to put all the emphasis on R&D. If you do that, a third Test Run or Self-modifying Code would be sweet to just pull out a Medium that the Corp is likely not expecting from Chaos Theory Sage. I think I've been giving myself some ideas here, too :)
On a side note, I'm adding Daily Casts to my build, after looking at this. I was running some janky Power Nap + Lucky Find mess, and the economy never felt right. Best of luck to you in developing this further!
