Here's a deck I played at our local store Championship. I won 4 games with it and should have won the fifth, but I missed a flatline window :(

A few words about what worked and what didn't:

  • Tori Hanzō - MVP against Keyhole + Eater combo when you have your House of Knives out. You catch the runner once, then again when they use cutlery to pave the way and 3rd time when they run to destroy Tori. Or they could just ignore R&D... Crisium Grid can suck it ;)
  • Checkpoint was fun if I got it early because it's taxing and annoying. Installing Fetal AI behind this baby is super effective early. It's also a great defense against run events like Siphon. Unfortunately this deck doesn't really have enough economy to be more than annoying with it.
  • Hostile Infrastructure was my idea of more Eater+Keyhole (and parasite) hate but I find it too expensive in this deck. Will probably drop it.
  • Kitsune is another MVP. It's a phenomenal card against runners without any AI breakers. It can flatline, it can set up for a flatline by handing the runner a Snare. It's also another nice hate against Keyhole+Eater.
  • Single Scorched Earth caught people off guard or got them to play slower and more carefully if I showed it to them with Celebrity Gift.
  • Chum was super fun since people run less Yog+Datasucker in our meta nowadays
  • Clone Retirement - Nobody played Valencia ;-(
  • Swordsman didn't do anything really but is still a keeper since people do run Crypsis and Darwin so a nice Chum+Swordsman could really hurt.
  • Psychic Field was another card that was moot and could be replaced with something more useful.
  • Subliminal Messaging is super effective in PE since often the runner will spend their turn refilling cards after a steal. Free credits and extra cards to flash with Celebrity Gift are always good.

Fun fact - one runner got hit with 12 net damage during a single run and still managed to nab my Fetal AI. Those pesky I've Had worse are doing overtime.
