I am posting this updated version of http://goo.gl/wXJmu9 because I can feel how close I am getting to my ideal Runner deck. This current version of the deck is really starting to sing, and any help with the final touches would be greatly appreciated.
Alright, so I guess I should recap what the deck is all about, first. This MaxX deck is the evolution of various AndySucker decks that I have been playing competitively for almost a year. Once I realized how much better the deck gets in Anarch, things started to feel a lot better. The deck wants to run early and run often. It makes money via runs and events, so it does very little to actually "set up". Essentially, you are looking at a very "criminal" MaxX deck.
ECONOMY: Desperado, PpVp-events, Datasucker.
Desperado-Datasucker combo is still really strong. Being able to exploit an inadequately protected central server is a classic means to apply pressure, and I knew this was going to be the core of my deck. However, making the jump to Anarch meant losing Security Testing. That means that I need an actual econ engine to back Desperado. Originally I was running Kati Jones and a bunch of events. I'd Deja Vu the Kati if I needed it, and the events would keep me afloat. However, I consistently felt like I would create notable scoring windows when I didn't have Kati set up yet. Having to pull her back for 2 credits, and then spend 2 more to instal her, and then a third click to load her would slow down the deck significantly. While I don't run an excessive amount of events, I do tend to play many events in the course of one game, and since that was the backbone of my econ engine anyway, I felt like PpVp was at least worth testing.
Well, it worked out (big time!). It turns out that I try to play at least one event every turn with this deck, and often my events cost 2 credits. Deja Vu becomes so much better when you don't need to pay for it, and skipping a turn for 10 credits always feels amazing. It even helps with the hefty and dreaded cost of Levy! Comparing the econ to PpVp Kate, Day Job takes the spot of Lucky Find, so the deck moneys up very similarly. However, when you include Desperado in the mix, you rarely even think about economy woes. After some testing, I went ahead and dropped the Katis and feel very comfortable with the econ. In fact, I was worried that I should pack a 1x Plascrete, but with the bank this deck makes, I've Had Worse is more than enough.
DRAW: I've Had Worse, MaxX, Lower deck size.
I've Had Worse becomes a whole lot better when you don't have to pay for it. I always wanted to run Diesel in Andy, and now this is just so much better than that. Between MaxX's ability and IHW, you can NEVER really complain about not seeing a card that you want for this particular match-up. The only notable change made in this department is the fact that I am running 45 cards, instead of 47. When I play the deck, there are scenarios when I'd like to draw, so the 47 card deck makes less sense when you are planning on drawing a few times anyway.
PROGRAMS: One more Knight, One less Imp.
The breaker suite is untouched, and everything is nearly identical to my older version. However, I added a Knight because Lotus Field is hugely popular. It is also nice for all that Cosmic ICE, so I don't mind seeing it. Usually, I just leave it over the archives ICE, and just use it for easy sucker tokens. I took out Imp (unfortunately) because the deck never really had the mem for it, anyway. It is unfortunate, but the deck is so refined that I don't want to put back a memstrips.
NEED HELP: So, that's the deck. Its a blast to play, and it really does everything I want it to- except for additional HQ pressure. I miss Siphon and Legwork, but really I'd be happy with a single Vamp or Wanton Destruction. The problem with Wanton is that I don't run Utopia Shard, but I think that might be fine. Its a combo that I really enjoy though, and I don't run Amped Up or Josh B, so I'll only ever hit 3 cards. I don't know how fine that is, how about you let me know in the comments :D Also, what would you take out for additional HQ pressure?
Thanks for reading!

Played this deck in a 5-person tournament today, and it's very solid; ended up going 4-2 over three rounds of swiss (The losses came from my still unoptimized corp deck, MaxX went undefeated).
I had done a little bit of theorycrafting with Tony before the tournament and changed the deck slightly by adding 1x Ice Carver and 1x Amped Up - never needed to use them, but it was nice having them there in case I did need them.
Overall, this deck is beautifully aggressive and is a incredible smooth experience (which I credit to MaxX's ability) - this really does feel like a Criminal masquerading as an Anarch.
