Drugs Andy - 2nd Place at Battleground SC (42 people)

This deck is very fun to play. It can land early legworks vs NEH and keep glaciers poor long enough to set up RDI's and lock down centrals for the win. Play fast, make lots of runs, and have fun playing netrunner.

I originally didn't think I had slots for plascrete, but realized after the tournament that kati jones is unnecessary for this build. I recommend making that change.

With a universal breaker and sec-testing/desperado in the mix. What would you think of 1 masanori over 3rd drug dealer?

I started with 1 masanori and 3 drug dealer. The problem is masanori effects the way you run too negatively. You can't run last click where you might get blown out. You can't make risky facechecks (ex. running an hb central that could have turing when all you have is faust). Caprice wrecks you. IMO, the risk outways the good. 3 drug dealer gets the job done.

Have you considered Peacock instead of Cerberus "Rex" H2? Same install and same break cost vs Tollbooth/Turing on remote, but unlimited use.

Truthfully, I've been considering cutting Rex altogether. It is there for Turing and nothing else. In my testing, I have found that I don't check HB remotes enough times to ever warrant installing it. I have other means of dealing with Turing if it is an emergency (emergency shutdown, inside job, clicking through it). Peacock could be reasonable, but I think the slot is going to go towards a single Earthrise Hotel, which I am hoping will help with my occasional slow starts vs NEH.

How bad is your drug habit? Do you usually only install one? When can you get away with two? Is three straight up suicide?

@DarlingSensei Hello Sensei! Fun times yesterday. Depends on your matchup. Against NEH you generally want two if you can get it. Security testing and desperado will keep your econ strong in that matchup. Against glaciers, I spend the first half of the game at one. Once I have levy'd and rdi's are up, I might go with two the rest of the game and lean heavily on Faust for rnd access's.
