Leela V.3.1.2 (3rd place Greek Nationals)

This is a fairly straightforward traditional Criminal deck. Influence is spend on Brakers, multiaccess, Desperado and of course Currents.

Played against a bunch of CTM and dropped only one game on the top8. Won an HB FA and lost against a HB Jeeves FA, won against a Building a Better World.

Playing this looks like really basic stuff so I will just talk about specific cards.

BREAKERS:

Paperclip: Looks like an odd choice but it actually saves on 1 inf and 1 deck space (took out the 2nd Corroder). It is more expensive to install but pays back the up front cost fairly quickly.

Gordian: I just do not like Zu. Criminals will have to rely heavy on this breaker in the future. Peacock was on par or a bit worse than Gordian but with a lot of multisub Code Gates already in the meta, this actually helped a lot. This is only going to get worse in the next data packs. Gordian helped a lot with Tollbooth, Little Engine servers too and gave an edge to some CTM matches.

Killers: Mimic is awesome. Helps with Architect, Turnpike, single advanced shadows and helps with some heavily iced HB servers. Mongoose is the best we can get in faction I think. I would like to find space for 1-2 Faeries but I couldn't.

MULTI-ACCESS:

Fairly standard stuff. I do not know why a lot of crims run with 1 or 2 Turning wheels only. Turning Wheel, R&D Interface and 2 Legworks was just enough I think.

EVENTS:

Networking is really really good. Siphon for 11 and 2 clicks and 2 credits for the tags is very good. It can shake tags from Midseasons too if you decide to spend some $ to avoid the best part of the tags. People tend to forget about SEA source, it ought to be played more.

Employee Strike: It is a must play in the current meta.

RESOURCES:

3x Temujin, 2x Bank Job, 2x Sec Test: Enough economy to last you for the Whole game. Why 2x Kati Jones then? This is a choice against 4 servers HB (and it does help) but mostly against CTM. Breaking News and All Seeing-I or Closed accounts is a thing, But pulling both on the same turn is tougher and most often gg. I like to load Kati with 4-5 counters. That way I have my economy split in two places and can bounce from a Closed accounts.

Earthrise: It was always expensive for criminals. Not with Temujin. It just is a necessary draw engine. I would like to fit a Mr Li but man deck space is tight. Pol Op: the 46th card of the deck but I felt bad cutting it. It helped with Jackson and SanSan a few times so It pulled it's 46th slot quite ok I think.
