BWBI Glacier. The deck runs lots of burst economy because all the cards in it are so cheap that you will rarely if ever need to click for credits. I run all the space ICE because, using your ID, you can rez them for free. NeoTokyo Grid lets you turn your ID credits into real money, it can let Shipment from Kaguya net you up to 2 credits and often refunds your Trick of Lights. The Agenda suite is fairly straightforward, try to score a Glenn Station then hide your government takeover on it until you're ready to score it. Private Security force really wants to be some other 4/2 but I dont have access to any others at the moment.
In terms of other cards, Trick of Light lets you turn ice advancements into agenda advancements if you need to try and fast advance, Commercialization is frequently a net 4 or 5 credits.

Ah damn, I knew there must be a reason no one else was using it. yeah, Oaktown Renovation and NAPD Contract were the two I was looking at, Oaktown seems good since hopefully they wont be able to run on it anyway. |
Regretfully ICE are "protecting a server" rather than "in a server", so your ID recurring credits can't be spent to trigger NeoTokyo Grid, even worse moving isn't placing either, so neither does Trick of Light. So the grid will need two turns of advancing just to break even.
Oaktown Renovation if you can get Chrome City, is my best suggestion to replace Private Security Force, since Shadow is the only tag source, so I'd be inclined to also lose that in favour of something like Snatch and Grab to counter Kati Jones who seems the bane of my glacier decks.
