Eliza's Toybox might do a lot of work for you, especially if Bioroid Efficiency Research is at the bottom and all your Janus 1.0 are at the top. Your cheapest ICE is 3, you want to advance a ton and you don't have a lot of econ so rezzing ICE on command seems pretty powerful.
