Rule #1 to making a better Foundry is to import the same deck into Haas-Bioroid: Engineering the Future.

Seriously though, this decklist is very solid. Might drop a sentry or two to get some more binary ice in here (maybe -1 NEXT Gold +1 Mother Goddess?). I might also drop a Batty for another Caprice or even an Ash 2X3ZB9CY, since he's pretty much the only thing keeping a financially solvent runner out of your servers, and he's not entirely reliable.

Why only 48 cards? 49 lowers that agenda density ever so slightly.

I have a similar comment surrounding Next Gold. A 3rd ichi would be better imho. At 8 cost, a parasite over atman-4 will make you quite sad. Actually, I don't think even Glacier Foundry needs 18 ice since you can find extra copies so easily. I would cut to 17 or even experiment with 16. Also, finding influence for a 3rd jackson is a good thing to do, especially with Noise a common fixture now. Additionally, your next will get parasited ruthlessly, so you'll want to jackson it back in when you can.

Also, agree on Ash comment if drop a batty and an ice or two. Your econ is actually pretty solid

Lastly, why archived memories over interns? With only 3 operations would seem to be equivalent but interns would save install costs of ice. Granted you can't save an agenda from archives and keep in hand, but that risk might be worth it.

I've had success with decklists like these with an Executive Boot Camp or two, and a few Peak Efficiency. I can see why you're running Breaker Bay Grid to keep rez costs of your Campaigns low, but...hear me out here, what if you ran Efficiency Committee and a Melange Mining Corp.?
