After various compromises, I think we've reached a pretty good deal.
This deck is an almost carbon copy of Cobalt's efficient and simple list from Dublin. After convincing multiple members of EA Sports of its raw power and seamlessness compared to other versions of Reg Crim, all that was left was to tinker with some slots.
Less tagging, more decisiveness :
As not_yeti said, I thought way fewer Nebulas would be at this event (great meta call, if I do say so myself) so 1 Finality seemed better into all kinds of rush Weyland. In a deck with so many on steal effects, being able to near-guarantee a steal into most decks is pretty great. Nevertheless, I might go back to 2 Burners if Kill Nebula shows up more frequently.
Favouring consistency (over fringe solutions) : Maintenance Access was rarely getting played in my games, and when it was, it was to save a few credits on an HQ run with a loaded Twinning. To me, this amounts to positions where I'm already doing well. In the same time, we found that we were losing games to not being able to find our dolls until it was too late. As such, the swap seemed pretty natural, adding to the consistency of an already well-oiled list.
Overall, the list went 23-7 across the tournament with a 77% winrate, piloted by members of EA Sports on this exact list save for Kikai who opted for 2 Finality and no Burners, placing 3 of us into the top cut.
Thank you to everyone who had a part in organising this fantastic event! More thanks and emotions (along with some Corp writeup) can be found here
