Yeah, I think you're right about Rachel and the economy. I still like New Angeles to protect against Breaking News tag-n-bag but Rachel is just too expensive to be in this already expensive deck. |

Having played a similar deck, I promise that you'll need more economy. So much more.
Even just in the inclusion of a Sure Gamble or 3 would be really good.
I'd consider ditching Rachel Beckman for the same reason - the money you need to drop both her and the New Angeles City Hall is so intense, your tempo will just be dead. (Although I'll admit that I really love the Rabbit Hole / Underworld Contact include - that's neat as hell.)
