I think you are making an extremely common mistake with Jesminder's ability.

Her ability says "avoid the first tag each run". Not each turn. If you aren't currently in a run, you cannot dodge tags.

I point this out because Joshua B. gives you a tag "at the end of your turn", at which point all runs have ended. Meaning you still take the tag, which causes Rachel Beckman to self-destruct.

With the Procon/Magnum/Kati, you're likely to have a large econ advantage at some point.

Do you think you could cut Hostage for Vamp? It just goes so well with Jes' ability, and Fan Site/Artist Colony/SMC is getting you decent tutoring.

Add the new card askhara, put it in hayley get some sac constructs for permaclot as you are giving the corp 4 clicks and you essentially have an 8 click turn with her ability.

Plain vanilla Mimic with no way to boost its strength or lower ICE strength leaves you locked out lots of times, no? Magnum Opus plus Kati plus ProCo feels like a lot of expensive anti-synergy too, although I can see how you'd want the flexibility on your 6-click turns...
