I've been developing this the last couple of weeks and am quite happy with where its at right now so thought id post it to see if people can take it further.

To get the most value out of Marcus Batty there are 2 Rototurret 2 Ark Lockdown 2 Friends in High Places and 2 Chronos Project. This is great for rig-shooting. 3 Scarcity of Resources will usually help get rid of Rumor mill, whilst also being a general pain in the ass for a lot of runners.

Medical Breakthrough is excellent. That, the Chronos Project and multiple upgrades puts pressure on the runner to check unadvanced cards in the scoring remote. Making this feel like a Jammy HB deck at times. The single Biotic Labor helps you close the game easier. It also helps you score a Nisei MK II.

The ice is all relatively cheap, gear check stuff. The more expensive ice like Lotus Field and Tsurugi are both quite good against crim and anarch in the current meta. Cobra and Rototurret are the key batty targets. 15 ice isnt a lot but its enough. Ice does not have much value these days so i figure 15 is plenty.

The aim in building the deck was to create an ETF/Palana fusion. I think the ice could maybe be tweeked but its got a high win ratio as it is right now.

Have you thought about making it spikier with maybe 2x Shocks? A couple net damage pings would make Ark Lockdown even more useful and also would shut off Temujin archives some of the time.

I ran a list with some similarities out of Potential Unleashed that (obviously) had more of a focus on net damage and mill than scoring out, but it leveraged the Batty + Destroyer + Ark Lockdown combo to enable scoring out when mill wasn't going so hot (here's the decklist: netrunnerdb.com.) I opted for Himitsu-Bako over any other barriers because it shuts down Parasite, Femme, and Knifed, making it easier for me to shut down all of my servers once I removed the fracter. You may want to give it a try and see how you feel about it.

@dawspawn not a bad idea regarding the net dmg. I had 2 snares in here for a while during testing but figured money was too tight to use them and still rez ice/score agendas/play psi games. I think shock to disparage temujin can be played around by the runner usually. Holding back an ice in hand until temujin is played is what i usually do. I like shock as another piece of bait for the scoring remote though, what cards would you swap for it?

@whirrun yup! A Philotic would be nice but it would have to replace one of the niseii agendas. Not sure if that's better.

@Dr_Madhatter I was thinking maybe a Caprice and the Restructure, or possibly a Cobra or a Scarcity. I'd need a lot more testing with it to know.
