The Government is Vain v1.0

In a meta where there is so much Noise, is this type of deck not a bit of a liability? The problem I have found when playing similar builds is that Noise can just sit back and mill, and with only 5 agendas it is really hard for you to rush to beat him so you run out of time. Maybe its just the solitaire Noise built I see around where that is a problem. Housekeeping is a nice include though!

@Phoenix I have Hades Fragment which makes it hard to mill. He's also very unlikely to hit anything meaningful with a mill as I only have 5 agendas. He also has to be very careful as if he steals 6 points and I have more money I can just Punitive Counterstrike him. Curtain Wall and Spiderweb are also very very taxing for Faust to make it through more than once.
