[RAM] Virtualmaxxing - 9th @ Off Meta Month

Went 2-1 at the event, ended up bottom of the 4-9th spread :(

This is more of a meme than anything else, but playing Meeting of Minds for Crowdfunding turn 1 in Andy with a 16 virtuals deck is just peak Netrunner (it never happened in the tournament rip). Light Wasteland synergy with NOH, Jackpot and Ghost Runner (relevant due to Heinlein Grid Pulse in the pool!). Amelias should've probably just been more NOHs. Charlatan was actually not half bad in a Dr. Vientiane Keeling meta
