Taxing. It's the essence of all glacier decks. RP taxes clicks and cerdits , so let's tax cards and credits with PE.

Here, the key card is Hostile Infrastructure which is really expensive to trash and will make sure that trashing anything (assets, even ice) is painfull. For the rest, we play RP-like glacier.

House of Knives should be scored soon to put pressure on the runner. Fetal AI is the Jinteki version of NAPD Contract : it taxes credits and cards. And if the runner can't steal it, it's even better!

Sundew serves our objectives well : either makes the runner lose a click every turn (and miss an oportunity to drawcards) or gets you 2 .

Let the runner experience the fear of ruining himself/herself on an expensive run while keeping the fear of flatline in the air.

This deck brought me to the 4th place at my local Store Championship. Order & Chaos was not allowed, so I didn't have to face I've had worse or Eater shenanigans ;) I can only assume that Hostile Infrastructure should work pretty well against them.
