This deck is designed from a single Revised Core Set (RCS). It is limited to the card count available in a single set and includes a splash from each of the other core factions to illustrate the influence mechanic. It also provides the beginning player with a taste of the other factions' styles.

It conforms to the Most Wanted List 2.0 restrictions (specifically not having Aesop's Pawnshop and Magnum Opus in the same deck).
