HB - Rig Disruption

The general idea of this deck is a slow advance glacier style with the ability to open scoring windows by disrupting the runner's rig. This can be accomplished a few different ways:

1) Archer or Rototurret in front of a Corporate Troubleshooter

2) Inazuma in front of an Archer or Ichi 1.0.

3) Power Shutdown recursion made with relatively safe discards due to low agenda density and Jackson Howard/Archived Memories.

Domestic Sleepers does double duty in this deck either as an Archer enabler or as the 7th point after scoring two agendas. R&D is rather resilient since there are only 7 cards worth points in the entire deck and the runner will be forced to score 3 of them to win.

I have been considering removing Power Shutdown/Jackson Howard in favor of SEA Source/Bad Times. Both seem very effective, but the SEA Source version requires a substantial economic lead over the runner whereas the Power Shutdown version can be done to try and recover from a bad start.
