This is a straight-up slow playing HB Glacier deck. I am currently undefeated with it amongst my playground (something like 6-0). This deck is just nasty-pants for the runner.
The goal is to make money. Make all the money. Run out of tokens. Your goal is to gain enough money to be able to hard-rez a Heimdall 1.0 or Tollbooth during the same run you Ash them. Preferably early on. This is actually pretty easy, with over a quarter of the deck dedicated to money cards. A neat trick is to nakedly install a GRNDL Refinery, having them assume it's an Eve, and then A-A-Trigger on your next turn for a cool 6 burst turn. You can also bluff it as an agenda to make the runner wast oh so many credits.
Snatch and Grab is the card the really enables this deck. Runners will often, against glaciers, use their burst income to build up their rig and make their early probing runs while building up Kati Jones all game. Then, once they're set up, they will take their billion off of Kati and be able to make several power runs while continuing to build up Kati for the next set of runs. With Snatch and Grab you can take advantage of their lulls in credit pool while they're building and probing to wipe out Kati and prevent Kati camping. If you do it enough (Jackson and Vitruvius [which you should always look to over-advance, if you can] help here) then they can be without Kati for the majority of the game and then you basically win.
Eli, Enigma, and Architect make up your desired early game ICE set. You should mulligan for one of those, in most cases. Ichi 1.0 and IQ bring up the mid-game, but Ichi 1.0 can also be a very strong early ICE to install. Tollbooth and Heimdall 1.0 make sure any run will deplete the Runner. You will often find yourself being able to rez a Tollbooth during the early part of the game, and you will feel very good about it. There's one Archer in there to take advantage of the multitude of opportunities to rez it, with Priority Requisition and Domestic Sleepers. Only one, though, since you cannot rely on it.
The spread of strength on the ICE is actually pretty good, so as long as you're not stacking Eli 's and/or Ichi 1.0's, you should fare reasonably well vs. Atman.
Over-advancing Project Vitruvius is an extremely strong play and you should try to do it in every game. It can get you back your Ash, it can get you back your Snatch and Grab, it can get you back any of your money cards. It's incredibly valuable to have.
You would want to mulligan to see at least one of the early ICE as well as a money card you can get going by turn 2 (Adonis, Hedge Fund, or GRNDL Refinery most likely). Don't be afraid to spend clicks taking credits if you have nothing better to do.
I actually didn't realize I still has two influence left until I put it into NRDB. I would consider dropping something for another GRNDL Refinery. Potentially an Eve or IQ.
