Based off of the Doomsday decks that has had moderate success around, I switched some cards around for a yellow flash variant, allowing me to win via Psycho-Beale more often.
The core of the deck hasn't changed - find windows to score and score them, bait the runner into running once, and then use the Power Shutdown combo to:
I took this to a GNK in Pensacola, and out for the four games I played I lost once to Noise who played a turntable and switched my AstroScript Pilot Program with a TGTBT. This stopped me from winning the game next turn due to board state. I successfully combo'd out once, and I psycho-beale'd out twice. I won the GNK with this deck and my Super Saiyan deck, only losing once to each side the entire day.
Overall, a fun deck to play that hits people sideways. Check out the original deck for more inspiration.
