NEXT Day Shipping

I've wanted to make a viable NEXT Design deck ever since I saw the ID, and this is the first deck using it I've been happy with.

It takes advantage of the ID ability to score out an early agenda or two, and then uses Efficiency Committee+Shipment from SanSan, Biotic Labor.

Despite having lots of ice this doesn't usually get enough econ going to be as taxing as a true glacier deck. You can often get an agenda or two scored in a big server, but it's really important not to let building a big server distract you from scoring agendas out, especially early in the game.
