Chaos Toolkit

This started as a Turbo Rig deck using Diesel and QT to draw hella fast and get the rig out. I found I wasn't applying any pressure early game, was getting literally all of my economy from MO, and was afraid to run without the very expensive dino + fem suite out. This is my attempt to fix those bugs.

I don't know that this is the best advice in the world, but I genuinely feel a Crypsis wouldn't hurt. It A) Lets you get in early, through nearly any server, especially with Magnum fueling your economy and B) Can just be scavenged into a Torch / Femme / Opus later on, if needed. Consider it an early game investment!

I am a touch confused : Why do you need Cybersolutions? Corroder + Torch + MO + Medium is 5. At that point, you MAY need one more memory to handle a deus X or Faerie. Why not just Akamatsu?

Also, I feel like you need to get Diesels back in. They're just too nice with Chaos. But that's just me!

Finally, part of me Does feel that MOpus AND Pro Contacts is doubling things up a bit. I think that MOpus + Quality Time / Diesel would play better for you. But again, that's just me!

Crypsis is a nice suggestion, thanks. My only concern is how much time and deckspace I want to spend forcing the corp to rez ice, versus powering out the rig. I've been known to spend three turns in a row taking 24 credits, then lay down the entire rig from nothing the next turn.

I actually love the MO + ProCo engine, since I draw a lot with this deck. You'd have to play it to see how great it is, although it's a lot better in the version that uses Sure Gamble and Daily Casts. It's also an unexpected answer to net and meat damage, allowing me to recover without losing tempo. I think that ProCo + draw cards is more redundant that ProCo + MO.

The problem with memory is that SMC costs 2 MU. As long as I have memory available and an SMC in the heap, Clone Chip becomes a copy on any program in the deck at instant speed. Managing memory is probably the toughest part of this deck right now.

With the amount of MU you have right now, Overmind could replace Crypsis and give you a ton of early pressure and slow you down a lot less. If it's your first program out will have 4 tokens, or 6 if you can get one of your chips down first.

I kinda agree with dave that both of MO & ProCon seems like overkill. I'd rather have three Quality Time than pro-co. It costs a lot less, and I think it is more efficient if you have MO out.
