Love the title!
Generally speaking, you have a lot of one-ofs. You may find that, although a lot of the individual pieces can be helpful, the deck itself ends up being too inconsistent. One way to help that is with draw; you could try 2x Wyldside, knowing that you could Aesop it away to turn it off. I don't play Noise, but I've seen several of his decks carry 3x Wyld / 2x Chronotype. This lets you dig for that stubborn Djinn or Day Job faster.
I also really like Imp and would suggest finding room for more of them. :-)
