A lot of runners are relying on their ID ability at this point. You can really really hurt them by turning off their ID. So, 2x cerebral cast seems like it can be just as good as scarcity and there will be times you do that instead. Prime targets: Kampala, Gheist, Kabanesa, Cambridge. There are others probably.

Really expensive ice is usually a bad idea, and there are decks that can take advantage of that that are being played. You can fold to pirate/nexus decks pretty hard. But, a lot of the criminal decks who want to play siphon or anarch decks that live on accesses don't do well vs a glacier. Jinja really helps shut those decks down. So, you can corner a corner of the meta. Also, as run events return to prominence, not playing Nisei Mk II just feels wrong.
