This is the combination of 2 or 3 different decks that I've enjoyed making and playing, and I think it'll be stronger than any of them individually.
I updated the ICE from my medtech rush deck to use some ICE that has come out since then. I dropped 2x Himitsu-Bako, 1x Wall of Static, 1x Rainbow (cutlery tech), and 3x Enigma to add 3x Vanilla, 2x Quandary, and 2x Cobra.
The deck has always been really Operation heavy, and sometimes that means I pull way ahead of the runner in credits but I haven't drawn into an Agenda yet. I needed something mean to do with those credits, but Ash isn't great with gear check ICE. Enter Corporate Troubleshooter, the card that's only 3 inf, let's me fire mean subs, and meets the requirements for Jeeves Model Bioroids. Since this deck is so Operation and Double heavy, JMB will let me build up even faster.
And yeah, I cut Jackson because I need the influence really bad, I don't need the draw, and getting flooded with 6 out of 44 agendas is really rare. In fact, when this deck does fail in a burning fireball, it's because I don't find 2 agendas before the runner gets set up to break my gear check stuff even though I've seen a ton of cards with BLC. This is why I sometimes sneak a Fast Track in there instead of a different operation.

Since CT's effect lasts until the end of the turn, it can create a 15 strength Vanilla in front of an agenda when I'm way ahead. Also, it's very cheap for me to just make a strength 4 Swordsman when the runner's only answer was Mimic with no sucker tokens. I agree that JMB just fits since it's a deck that has usually had 6 purple cards anyway, but surprisingly after playing a couple of games with this deck I felt like it really didn't do much for me. I'm not going to cut it just yet, but somehow clicking for 3 credits and installing felt incredibly sloooooow here while I would be really happy to do that every turn as HB. I might cut it for Heritage Committee. |
Fast Track seems near-mandatory here since you aren't supplementing your draw outside of BLC and you've got no other way to see your agendas early. I'd almost rather see GLC and Heritage Committee over BLC, but Fast Track seems like the scalpel you need.
3x Swordsman might be overkill and I'd recommend taking 1 - 2 Guard; he's phenomenal against decks which are getting really popular and in my experience bypass effects kill these decks nearly as frequently as AI breakers do.
Corporate Troubleshooter is great but really only pushes forward your strategy when you are firing him off of a Cobra to kill a breaker. You might look at getting a couple more destroyers in here somehow.
