I've changed up the HA deck a bit changing the Identity, and removing the "force the corp to pay" aspect, to concentrate on just making quality successful runs.
I tried fitting in Gordian, but the INF wouldn't let me, so I had to settle for a less efficient CodeGate breaker.

Just so you know, there's no interaction between Leela's ability and Notoriety as the language is different. Leela requires you to steal an agenda, Notoriety gets added to your score pile. With that being said, you could probably drop a Notoriety (or all 3) to make way for a Gordian Blade and some other Anarch/Shaper tricks. |

To add to Circadia's point, a Data Dealer would be great in here, as it would provide defense against Shi.Kyū, should that little pain in the ass surface in your meta. |
Pheromones is a nice card in theory but I've never found it that useful in practice - maybe replace with more multi access?
Also for decoders, maybe try Cerberus "Rex" H2 and 1x Passport. You have 2 influence free so you could have 1 ZU.13 Key Master and 1 Passport as the decoder options
