Power counters in weyland are not extremely intersting; Data raven you usually won't be allowed the first one (and shouldn't need more if you do get them, either you have the kill or you don't) and running this over a more solid agenda, and Viktor 2 over any other similar card just for the synergy seems very bad. The only card I think this is good with is IT department, but if that is your only synergy, maybe another agenda would still be better.

It is interesting to note that the card does not have to belong to the corporation. This can be used to flood a stim dealer a turn early, or even to make their plascrete better (don't know why you would do that!)

@GammaCodeX: You forgot Atman, which Helium-3 Deposit murders. Brutally. And I don't know, using this on Viktor 2.0 actually sounds kind of amazing. I agree though that currently there are better agenda options for Weyland, but who knows what the future might hold. —

costs 3 to break with most killers, includidng mimic femme and garotte is pretty good, but it does not do anything devastating, or force end the run, so a breaker is not needed. It's pretty weak to fast parasites, but if you encounter the subroutines before getting it murdered, it hasn't costed the corp that much.

I think its nearest comparison in faction is Caduceus, but if ignoring influence this has to battle cards like Architect and Data raven, both of which has more strength and (in my opinion) better subroutines. Caduceus and Architect tax less with mimic, but Architect can be less fun to face smack, and Caduceus can end the run and is cheaper.

So all in all, not bad, but I'm not sure its good enough for competitive play. The option to draw when the subs fire is really neat though, and it is cheaper to splash than any of the mentioned sentries!

The fact that the runner choses what to trash in adittion to the stats so easily inferior to eli, this card is easily a "strictly worse" but its strictly worse than Eli, the (or at least one of the) best ice in the game. Maybe one will fit in somewhere when you want the 4th taxing barrier, but its hardly an upgrade from bastion/wall of static. Against atman 3 can be better than 4 though, but again... wall of static?

It is not "strictly worse", that term only applies when comparing two items with exactly one discrepant value. Markus costs 1c more, is 1 Str weaker, and can trash a program instead of ending the run. This spread of stats means Markus is superior only in certain situations, whereas Eli is superior in general play. Markus is definitely a more narrow card and as a result sees a lot less play than Eli (as it should). But it is definitely not "strictly worse". —

If you think you can get 2 jacksons on the table (without removing any from the game), and 3 accelerated Diagnostics in your hand, this is the agenda for you! Simply Power shutdown your deck, and AD for interns sansan sansan, then for sansan interns and subliminal messaging, and finally for sansan sansan, and whatever operation you think is the coolest remaining.

Yes Timmy! Options!

A trash cost of 4 and a rez cost of 0 means this asset likely needs no protection. Being able to move advancement counters from rezed "space" ice to any other ice that can use the tokens seems the main idea behind this card. Other uses include (but may not be limited to) Stacking counters on a single ICE in preparation of Commercialisation. Moving from any generic ice to ice that can be advanced in Tennin, Getting value of the counters on a large icewall recently femmed. Moving counters from servers that are not under pressure to more critical areas.

So there's a lot to do with this card, and it will be interesting to see how often it will make the cut. Very nice casual card at least.
