My version of the awesome Spark City Surveillance (http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/28413/spark-city-surveillance-king-of-servers-2015). Here are the key differences:

1 - Rex Campaign It a decent card for Spark, the becomes GREAT agains Val. Get those Blackmail out of here.

2 - Invasion of Privacy I dont know why no one is using it. It just KILLS most combos out there. Damn, just play this with Spark, its SOOO GOOD to just trash those pesky Account Siphons, Apocalypses and such.

The rest its pretty obvious, I guess.
