I still think if toolbox is your only link, UWC isn't worth it. Daily casts or dirty laundry would be better.

I wanted to have an indefinite econ and the fact that it is a smaller deck would make it work in my favor. What would you add to make UWC worthwhile?

While legwork is nice and PA also, you might be able to live without it, if you want to keep uwc, put in 2-3 hostage, cut multiples of all connections except uwc, and add helpful ai and rabbit hole?

That setup usually works better in Kate where you need only helpful ai. I think your inf and deck space is too tight for uwc, I'd just run 3 kati and find something else to do with the last slot, like scavenge.

Also if you find your money to be alright, akamatsu is probably better than omni drive, just because it's cheap and adds to the mu pool.

Finally don't discount the power of 3x Armitage 3x daily casts and Aesop's, it's quite good.
