My own take on Oracle May + loads of events. Never tried a criminal deck before, so that might be why I wanted to do this. Trying it out tomorrow...

Your 4 programs take up 5, do you plan on installing Femme Fatale or Ninja over one another occasionally? I like it though :) When I brought this out someone said "isn't Oracle May a Ken Tenma thing?" Cool to see a different take on it :) |

Also, I'm considering squeezing a few The Maker's Eye in there. Maybe taking out Quality Time, adding Mr. Li, and swapping ice breakers for Aurora and something to free the space and influence. |

Codegate wise tho i find Peacock is actually fine more oftern than not i find it works out about the same as Gordian Blade over the course of the game since sometimes its better and sometimes it's worse. |

Oooh... Comparing code gates, I realize that is a tough one. There are basically no code gates at strength 3 and literally none at strength 6 - which is where Leviathan would be the most cost effective. Looking at the number of subroutines, there are a couple of bad code gates at higher strengths (i.e. Merlin) but really none at lower strengths, and most of them have only one subroutine. So I suppose Peacock will be my breaker of choice. |

Hey there! How do you make sure to find the breakers you need quickly enough? Even with three copies of Special Order it can take a lot of drawing... Here is my original take on it: netrunnerdb.com We debatted a lot of different options and possibilities in the comments. Hope it helps you. |

Well, I can't imagine running Oracle May without Test Run. It has too many synergies: pinpoint tutoring of a program and at the same time guarantying to 100% the 2 credits from Oracle May next turn and on top of that it can save a trashed program. The influence is pretty high though ;-) |

Oh, you're right about the Oracle May part. But I'd like the card drawing too. 3x Special Order 2x Test Run would give good odds of finding all ice breakers quickly - after tutoring for the first two I'd have 4 cards in maybe 30 left in the deck, to find the third kind of ice breaker (keeping Femme Fatale for specific ice...). Yet with a couple of Quality Time and Oracle May I'd go through a bigger part of the deck in shorter time. Maybe that's less safe for getting the ice breakers running - but I'll need to keep drawing a lot anyway so it fills other purposes. For me, I think this will come down to trying this out a few times to see what I'll want. |

I'm not saying it's the best for is deck as it is. Just sharing my experience :-) I used Corroder, ZU.13 Key Master and Garrote in my version. So, yeah, they are cheaper to install. |

Well, I'm going to replace retrieval run with Déjà Vu. But this way, I could take test run instead if I get two more influence (switching Torch for Peacock gives me 4 influence). That makes it work better, I guess. But I can't both use it to tutor my ice breakers and use it to get a card out of the heap - so maybe I'll need three Test Run to be able to rely on it... And I'm taking Corroder instead of Battering Ram. |

What you can do with Test Run and Retrieval Run is deliberately guessing wrong with Oracle May to trash your program and then install it via Retrieval Run for 2 credits. ;-) |

Still better than 9 credits for the Torch or the Femme Fatale, isn't it? It doesn't make sense if you want to install a cheaper program of course. The big advantage of Retrieval Run in my experience was that I could tutor it with Planned Assault. It was a "safety over flexibility" kind of choice for me. :-) But seeing that you will draw more with Diesel and Quality Time, that might not be an issue for you. |

It is, it is. And taking into account that 3 credits are actually for the tutor, it's only a 4 credit cost. Still wont save me much except with Femme Fatale though. :) |
Think id rather run Déjà Vu over Retrieval Run just because if the breaker you need to get into archive is in your heap your screwed.
