The Man With The Plan.
Keegan Lane. The best ICE designer NBN ever hired. He developed gems like Data Raven, Bandwidth, Gutenberg back in the days when security experts were concerned about killing and bankrupting runners.
A man of peace, some call him. "Why should we worry about the location of a runner if she already entered and left the building safely?", he states. "We are not Weylanders. If we prevent a runner from breaching in, no blood is required.".
His method, refined throughout the years, is very simple, at least for him: "Once the runner is in the server, an alarm sounds on my screen. All I have to do is close the connection. It's like an old Ctrl + Alt + Del, only fancier."
How does it work.
Gutenberg on R&D, Data Raven on HQ and remotes and archives. Bandwidth anywhere. Keegan Lane on all juicy servers. All it takes is a tag mid run and a cheap ETR, aka Wraparound, News Hound, Enigma and this is it.
Out of Keegans? Call your Interns or advance an Allele Repression. There you go. Start over.
Lag Time's most valuable advantage is taking Architect out of Mimic's range. Which means more Keegan Lane and, of course, an extra per ICE every run.

Why Allele Repression over Archived Memories? yes, you could technically retrieve more with it but it's click intensive. You already have Jackson Howard to bring back the Interns, Keegan Lane, etc. to the deck. |

For the same influence on Allele, you can get Archived Memories or even Reclamation Orders. Much less click-and-risk intensive. Sure, you don't get the whole flashy 'Look what I just did' shenanigans, but those shenanigans don't make you a sad panda when they get sniped from R+D or Drive'd By'd either. Don't require any other set up. Just...better. |

If you're not sure a runner can get into a server, IAA isn't a good answer. It's a whole turn +2 credits used as a lure? Respectfully, this is a poor choice of corp strategy. Heck, use two slots for Reclamation Orders, and now you have 2 influence for 2 Junebugs, if you REALLY want gear/gut checks that do something more than 'oh hey, guess you ran...whelp...' |

Took this deck for a spin and after four straight loses in the row I'm not impressed with SOL. Main problems I run into: 1. Lagtime is too expensive to reccur. This is the part of New Angeles Sol: Your News underpowerment, I think this ID would be much better if the currents could be installed for free.

I dig the Lag Time + Architect combo in Sol. Might try that after I'm done with ELP + Victoria :)
