Nifty deck, I had dismissed Study Guide to the cost and startup time but I'm glad it's working out for you. This deck is still very much a work in progress and I'm probably going to drop at least 1 ghost runner for another diesel and swap out the escher for film critic when it comes out. v0.5 will probably have a couple more changes and I'll do some actual explanation for my choices there. |

I ran something similar but swapped out Refractor for Study Guide and loved it. I always see Stealth Credits vital for Killers more than anything, and as you're very likely to get get a Lockpick and Cloak out rather soon you can burn them for +1 strength on study guide each turn. It's really worth a shot, and saves on burning Ghost Runner cards, so you may be able to remove some.
I'd also consider a better econ than Kati Jones With Contract Killer and Snatch and Grab she's always at risk, especially since you have to stack money for turns before the pay-off of having the credits. Lucky Find is always good, but only if you're running Prepaid VoicePAD, so you won't see a great deal of benefit I think. Consider Magnum Opus, but above all, really consider memory.
You have a max potential of 5, which gets you all 3 breakers and 2 of any other program, (Excluding Self-modifying Code, which you can only have 1 of.) That seems to be quite restrictive, and I'd consider putting in some Akamatsu Mem Chip.
Below is my 'Study in Chaos' deck that won me more matches than I lost and was very consistent. Please excuse the fact it's not a published link, for some reason the deck isn't publishing so I have to paste the list in here ><
