The point is, ladies and gentleman, that greed, for lack of a better word, is good. - Gordon Gekko
Welcome to one of the greediest decks ever built. We want to Awaken Januses at Breaker Bay. We want Foundry pulling Twin Merlin doing 8 damage to the face. We want Eliza to rez our Heimdall 2.0:s. We want the sickest Beta Tests pulls. We want it all.
And just when we think we have overshot the moon for the most ridiculously crammed deck ever then we pull it back a bit in deck design. Chicken out. Play it safe. Get some cheaper ice like Quandary and Galahad to stick our assets and Beta Tests early. We can always thin out those ice with Foundry to not draw them later. We can justify this. Surely we can.
For all our greed, we don't manage to even spend all our influence. It feels weird. It feels bad. We need help, your help, and soon. We are committed to playing this in a tournament this weekend. Your kindly placed comments below might save this deck from crashing and burning.

I've been working on a Foundry kill deck for a while (here if you fancy a look), and although the decks aren't too similar, I think you might hit the same problem that I did in the beginning. You're trying to pull yourself up by your bootstraps.
You've gone for an drip-Asset-based economy, but that needs protection. You've got the ICE, but I'm not convinced you have the money. Unless you get Hedge Fund in a starting hand, you don't have enough money to rez both an econ asset and a bit of ICE. Breaker Bay Grid goes a fair way to covering that, but is that an efficient use? It's a really slow start if that's how it goes.
But enough bad news! You've picked one of the few IDs that can grind its way through things like that; the ICE tutor ability means that if you can keep laying down the cheap trio and clicking for credits until you're a bit secure. But I would still up the amount of Operation econ, or get some Assets that you can burst money with, like Private Contracts or GRNDL Refinery/Thomas Haas. Even if they only last a short time, that should be enough to see you through.
As for the influence; Blacklist. Nothing will ruin your fun faster than them recurring a Deus X or Faerie to slap your Janus 1.0 for trivial amounts of . Deny them such shenanigans.
Also, I don't know how big a splash it will make in your meta, but watch out for Drive By. It will ruin your day if you face it.
But hey! Don't mind my grumbles; the concept is good. I feel that The Foundry is a massively underrated ID, so stick at it. There's some real power under the hood.
