The runners money will not help him, so feel free to use Profiteering for 3 bad publicity. If you still run out of money, feed the runner agendas and gain a ton of money through Stock Buy-Back.

Your most reliable way to kill the runner is Philotic Entanglement. Find it with The Future is Now, score it in a safe scoring window, feed the runner some agendas and draw for 24/7 News Cycle. If the runner has too many cards in hand prepare with Psychic Field. In the mean-while mill the runners deck with many single net-damage cards (House of Knives, Kakugo, Shock!, Neural EMP, Bio-Ethics Association, ...).
