So this is the deck which was actually prepared and tested. It went undefeated, helping @JackMade, @lostgeek and myself win the Team Tournament. For my runner I brought Noise.

Gameplan

The core idea of the Deck is to play End of the Line with Accelerated Diagnostics which lets you ignore additional costs and thus don't need to tag the runner. Getting an EotL on top of RnD from HQ is done with either Mindscaping or Open Forum. Federal Fundraising can also find EotL just on RnD or even combine both to fire two from a single AD. To kill the runner you usually need more than though, so you have Urban Renewal, Reaper Function and Angelique.

Card Choices

As an ID we play Ob simply because it is the best Weyland ID and allows for some kickflips to get FF, Reaper or Open Forum into play.

The rest of the deck are just generally good cards that allow us to have more tempo, slow the runner down or enabling Ob things. The Above the Law should be a SaM, not because we care about the free rez, but because it enables the Threat 3 on Angelique.
