Testing a concept of a Wayland Tag-Storm with Shoot the Moon.
Runner stole an Agent? No problem! The runner has 2 choices, damage or tag. If they take damage Punitive Counterstrike is waiting. If they take tag, I can either throw away a False Lead so I can setup for a kill with Vulcan Coverup, Scorched Earth, or Dedicated Response Team. If I'm feeling cheeky, I might decide to use Big Brother + Traffic Accident because those are all 0 cost.
Taking a tag either through Data Raven, Midseason Replacements can also lead to a potential Big Brother + Shoot the Moon for maximum rez efficiency. Why lose an agenda rezing things like Archer?
Wormhole I thought would be a funny or brutal to copy an Archer or Checkpoint subroutine.
Because this Wayland deck isn't very Waylandy money-wise until you setup Government Contracts somehow... Space Camp feels like a perfect addition to setup Agendas for scoring next round, speeding up the runner to make mistakes, or protecting my servers further without costing any money. I thought about Hostile Takeover, but I am unsure about the whole bad pub wagon. I'm also not entirely sure how I feel about Reuse, but it could work well with getting enough money and setting up a possible Punitive Counterstrike.
Too crazy? Thoughts?

You are correct, Shoot the Moon does not negate the bad pub based on its wording of 'additional cost' vs 'when you rez'. I was just talking to someone else about that... I should have edited that part out :). |
One point: when you use Shoot the Moon, it doesn't negate the bad pub from Checkpoint
