This is generally just a mess of assets, strung together by Ronin and Mushin-no-Shin. Pray you don't lose before your thousands of remote servers gradually win you enough shell games to either have 7 points, or 6 to the face.
Imp eats this deck alive and with Clone Chip, Déjà Vu and Djinn, it's not hard to get it out since you probably spoil your horizontal strategy since turn 1.
The Tank is good against Noise, but you forfeit The Brewery. Greenhouse is good in conjunction with Ronin and bluffing in general, but I fail to see how this deck is going to win against a prepared Runner. Don't get me wrong I love these types of killing deck but it's just too cheesy.
I met a very similar one on jinteki.net but he had Yagura and 2 more annoying ICEs on top of R&D, after that he discarded quite a few agendas to the Archives along with Shock!. When the Runner decided to check it, they got destroyed by Jinteki: Personal Evolution's ability. The killing blow was a Biotic into the Philotic Entanglement. I think for a cheese deck, it works better and more consistent than this one, especially during each player's first encounter.
What is your answer to R&D Lock? It might come very early and aggressively through The Maker's Eye and Same Old Thing, Medium, Keyhole, Indexing and even worse, a Noise deck.
