This deck was constructed to fulfill a league challenge: 0 In Faction Cards. It is very similar to another deck designed to demonstrate a "neutral corp," but with updates.

Indian Union Stock Exchange does some real work, but don't be surprised when the runner trashes it ASAP. Subliminal Messaging probably only needs to be a 1-Off, and I'd probably take like 2 Lag Time, or something, instead, so I could counter Rumor Mill and keep Jackson Howard and Sandburg working.

Probably the hardest thing with this challenge is not having access to the Faction's agendas.

Anyway, I hope this inspires some of you to give this challenge a try and see how well you do.

This deck did win, but it mostly won due to runner's mistakes. He was kept out of my scoring server by Lancelot, and then revealing an Excalibur and Galahad.

For an almost all neutral deck, it absolutely doesn't look too shabby :)

LOL! seurimas is ballsier than I am - 3 Vanity Project? I'm not so brave. Also interesting to note, we both included Weyland econ asset cards.
