Always Be Running, Faster!

After testing the previous iteration of this deck, I've noticed a few things:

1. Femme Fatale on London Library is as ridiculous as you might think it is.
2. Faerie is not nearly as useful in this deck as you might think.
3. You can do REALLY dumb things with Comet. Pretty much any event into any other event in this deck is brutal. Quality Time was performing better than expected, so I dropped a Feedback Filter because I had money problems.
4. Security Testing underperformed, likely because I don't have Desperado in this list.

So, with these things in mind, I cut the Faeries, dropped the Torch for the Cerberus breaker, and slotted in D4v1d instead, because that seems potentially more busted on London Library than Femme is.

I considered running the Anarch Breaker Suite, because if you have small ICE, I'll use those installed normally, but if you have bigger ICE, then I'm just going to David/Femme my way past all of it. However, I'm having a bit of a crunch on influence. Might need to replace QT with Mr. Li and see if that card draw works. The problem there is that QT is so good because it triggers Comet as well as helping me dig.
