EDIT:Just realized the Global Food Initiatives push it over the influence limit. Rebuilding now.

First attempt at a Cache Refresh deck. The goal is to keep the runner deprived of credits as they constantly fight an onslaught of tags. If they decide to stop fighting them though, I can start hitting them for meat damage and use Psychographics to fast advance.
