"Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds."
The Baudot code messages of Oppenheimer's Bhagavad Gita inspired quote may have made it into the flavor text of the wrong Netrunner cards. I have been playing variants of this deck for several months now. My original concept was to use NEH's 17 influence to create a hybrid of the Weyland shutdown combo kill deck and the Cerebral Imaging shutdown combo score deck. The weakness those two decks had is that some of their matches were nearly a guaranteed automatic loss (see: Leela, Noise w/Clone Chip or Peddler, anyone running any of the three runner shards). This problem was further exasperated if the runner knew what you were up to, since you could only win by scoring or scorching out the runner after they ran. Not only can we threaten both scoring and scorching out in the same deck, but now by putting these shells into NBN, we also have the ole reliable Astro train for a back-up plan. Don't get me wrong, Noise or a shard is still a horrible match-up for this archetype, but I don't believe it is quite the auto-loss scenario that it once was.
At a glance, this deck is capable of pulling off the following...
You almost need a spreadsheet to keep all the combos straight though. So, uh, until you get comfortable with running this thing off the top of your head, here is the spreadsheet. I will walk you through each of the main combos one-by-one, but keep in mind these are just a few examples of the possibilities to get you started. To cut down on the length of this description, I will use a bunch of shortcuts and abbreviations, so here is the glossary:
I am running this in Near-Earth Hub almost solely because it is NBN with 17 influence. Haarpsichord's ability is much more useful than NEH's, but you would have to remove an Accelerated Diagnostics (and thus the combos that use 3x AD) or a Power Shutdown (reducing your consistency) or the Reclamation Order (and thus the RO combos) to fit it into Haarp. NEH's ability can actually be rather detrimental to your combos, so make sure you're paying attention... you must have an existing remote server (two servers for a score combo) to prevent the NEH draw from busting your combo. Most games, I accomplish this by building a traditional scoring remote with 2x ETR ice, so that I always have a server to bounce cards into during the combo without triggering NEH. That server can also serve to score out agendas more traditionally or stash Jackson in a secure location (which enables the crazier combos). Also keep in mind that overwriting cards in an existing server with no ice does not count as creating a new remote, so a standalone remote with Daily Business Show or Marked Accounts can be used for your combo as well.

OTHER COMBOS
Okay, hopefully that gives you a good feeling for the possibilities available to you with this deck. I'll go ahead and note that this is obviously not a comprehensive list of combos, there are just too many variables to consider. Don't have enough credits, but have an opening for the combo and some flex cards? Throw the Sweeps Week into the combo for the credits you need. Runner went tag-me and now you don't have to worry about scoring a Breaking News or playing 24/7? Throw in another Traffic Accident instead of 24/7, because you never know when you need to do 18 meat damage instead of 16. XD
OTHER VARIANTS
If you do not feel as though you are getting your value from the score out option and are concerned with the lack of economy cards in this deck, you can easily swap this to a deck with only kill combos and better economy. The variant that I won a tournament with removed one copy of Interns and both copies of Shipment from SanSan, with an additional Sweeps and 2x Hedge Funds added. With more economy in the deck, I also swapped out a Pop-Up Window for a Little Engine (which could also be a more formidable ETR ice like Tollbooth). And finally, since you are not planning on scoring Project Beale with that deck, I swapped out all three copies of Project Beale for three copies of NAPD Contract.
As mentioned above, Haarpsichord's ability is much more effective than NEH's with this deck, so you could also attempt running this exact deck with one less Power Shutdown - trade in some consistency in seeing your combo earlier for a more effective identity ability.

Forgive me, I should have clarified somewhere above. When played via Accelerated Diagnostics (due to ignoring additional costs), a Subliminal Messaging is effectively a Biotic Labor that gives you a credit instead of costing four. =) |

Great Deck! Seems like Clot could present a bit of a challenge on the scoring combos. Have you tried running with Cyberdex Virus Suite? Did you score out or scorch out most of your wins at Total Escape Games? |

I won one game by scoring out and the others via kill combos, though instead of a score combo I scored out the old-fashioned way from an iced remote. I actually dropped Shipment from SanSan and the scoring combos out of the tournament deck in favor of more economy cards, those changes are detailed above in the "Other Variants" section. Tournament aside, I've played the deck a few dozen times and I've scored out only a handful of times. The kill combo only deck may be a more consistent build, despite this deck having more options. I would love to add CVS to the deck, even without the score combos, due to its effectiveness against Medium, Imp, and Datasucker. Unfortunately, card slots are extremely hard to come by when half your deck is dedicated to one combo or another (and the other half is ice and agendas). |

Maybe you can work with a third Traffic Accident and a Biotic Labor? This other deck takes the cake, but needs to be upgraded to Data and Destiny. netrunnerdb.com |

What advantages do you feel that deck has over this one? I'd have to disagree on it taking the cake, though I am a bit biased. :) In a meta where most people suspect a meat damage threat from NEH and run Plascrete or I've Had Worse, I don't feel like 6 meat damage is enough to cut it. The original version of my deck used multiple Interns and Shipment from SanSan to install and score a Breaking News on the same turn you kill the Runner, and could deal 8 damage for 5 credits without needing to spend influence on Biotic Labor. I think that would be an improvement on the other deck, and I feel like this is an improvement over my old deck. Scoring the Breaking News on an earlier turn with this deck is much easier to accomplish in most circumstances than working the score into the kill turn. |

Beautiful deck - Accelerated Shutdown Combos are near and dear to my heart :)
Also, great use of Subliminal Messaging - I've never seen that before and it's awesome. |

Are you running with 0 cards in your R&D? A lot of these combos require Jackson Howard to shuffle three cards in, then pull the same three cards off the top of the deck with Accelerated Diagnostics. That doesn't seem particularly consistent to me unless you're running with 0 cards in R&D... in which case, Fisk is going to kill you if you don't win that turn. |

As a point of clarification, all the combos that require a scored Breaking News to trigger with 24/7 News Cycle also require another scored agenda to pay 24/7's cost, since forfeiting the BN makes it disappear from the score area. |

I remember the joyous games I played with your 7 point CI deck back in the day. I may have to torture some poor runners with this combo deck! The 16 damage sounds like a personal achievement. |

Combo decks like this are not Exodia. They are not Cawblade/twins. They aren't infinite and can be beaten. And they are fun. |

The only reason I can think of that this combo wouldn't work is that you can't AD for Beale then immediately use Shipment on it, but since you choose the order in which the operations resolve, that should work just fine. Am I missing something here? |

Forgive me for seeming like I am missing something here, but there are an awful lot of the Combo's you list which require 4 clicks; I don't see Biotics in your list, so how exactly are you pulling those 4 click combos off?
