OMFGWTFBBQ!!! This deck is literally unbeatable.
Teh greatest deck evar!™
So, like, you have Blackmail right, and the corp has like, ice, right but the Blackmail means, like, they can't even rez it! WTF! #bah-roken
I've not taken this to a tournament or anything but I played in teh casual tab on jinteki.net and I've won, like, 6 games, so I know it's gud.
Right, that seems like enough hyperbole to get me on decklist of the week, so if FusionHaa has taught me anything all I need now is "a list of cards, a laborious writeup of your deck, and an unwarranted confidence in your deck’s ability to do anything more than complete a legal game of Android: Netrunner. Oh, yeah, and a picture."
Check, check and check.
Hopefully we'll be caught in some sort of self-referential loop if I make it and a Singularity forms swallowing the universe as we know.
Anyway, this deck is pretty simply Blackmail spam.
If Terry Silver taught me anything from The Karate Kid III (and who among us didn't walk away with a life lesson that day) it's that:
If a corp can't rez ice, they can't win.
If a corp can't rez assets, they can't win.
If a corp can't score agendas, they can't win.
So this deck is designed to take as much advantage of that as possible and in that order.
I'm pretty sure that everybody knows how to use Blackmail. You want to only run when using it so they can't rez any ice and you get a nice easy path to their agendas.
Caprice and Ash (why can't you link to corp cards?) obviously go a long way to stopping you so taking them out before they are a problem is the key to success. You want to hold on to these against HB and Jinteki but can be a bit more liberal with Weyland and generally use them as you see them with NBN.
Once the corp knows you have Drive By though they'll be inclined to rez in anticipation so make your first shot count.
Having a rezzed upgrade in the scoring remote is not the end of the world as the usual win condition is the R&D digs. 3 Mediums are more than enough to encourage a purge every couple of turns and you want to generally focus your efforts on getting as many worthwhile accesses as possible.
With 3 Mediums out (or even 1 or 2) a Blackmail in to R&D can be followed up by a Run Amok to put the corp to a decision as to whether to let you see multiple cards or rez ice that will immediately stop being effective from the end of the run. You have to be careful about these in HB and Jinteki as Jinteki ice can hurt and HB have Architects which cannot be trashed.
Mimic is good to get down first to mitigate much of the ice that would make you unhappy to Run Amok. Though there's only 1 in the deck.
If you can get R&D down to 1 piece of ice an install of DDoS and 3 runs builds Mediums up pretty quickly as well but DDoS is generally handy in a lot of match ups.
As mentioned this is a Blackmail spam deck so Déjà Vu and Same Old Thing can be used liberally to recur them or even Drive By or Run Amok.
The single Levy AR Lab Access can also be recurred the same way so don't be scared of ditching it early but being able to do it all again has been critical at times.
Going on to point 2 (If a corp can't rez assets, they can't win.), Hacktivist Meeting is there to slow down asset spam decks. Again, be aware with Valencia that she's a 50 card deck and you need to dig to find the pieces.
If the corp can't score in a remote and wants to build up they'll generally use assets to do so, but agendas clump up in hand and Hacktivist can hit a few stray cards or at least cause them to think. Online if they rez something then pause for ages that's a pretty good signal to check R&D as they've shifted their focus to how to protect that agenda they've just dumped. Look for similar signals in real life.
Point 3 (If a corp can't score agendas, they can't win.), this is a bit trickier and in FA match up digging R&D as much as possible is your route to victory. Clot will slow them down but with no way to protect it with Sacrificial Construct or bring it back in a paid ability window with Clone Chip you're only really putting it down as a minor inconvenience. If you can burn through their CVS' though you can Déjà Vu for them back and slowly build up.
So, as to the support cards.
Inside Job is a potential swap. It has won me games but it has also been discarded without use. it's better when you're losing so for that reason it's maybe worth keeping.
Inside Job with EMP Device was a budget Blackmail when getting desperate but I only ever used EMP Device once in a dozen games so no longer there.
When Political Operative comes out it may be better to swap an Inside Job and a Drive By for these instead.
To find the pieces you need a draw engine and Wyldside + Adjusted Chronotype is as good as any. Nothing new here.
Vigil however is also great as it can power your draw to find either piece faster. Cards build up in hand against this deck so you'll usually get a draw. Also 3 cards to power Faust if (when) you need it can be great.
Speaking of Faust your breakers are limited, you ideally don't want to use them but with what's there and some clever plays you can make do. Maybe consider a Corroder depending on your play style.
And that's it. If you want to see the deck in action you can here - https://youtu.be/X0jiDB8RENk
Know that this was the same evening as I won another really close game against a deck that got 3 ABTs off and had some ridiculous ice rezzed (Janus, 2x Heimdall 1.0, 1x Heimdall 2.0, Viktor 1.0, Eli 1.0 and 3 unrezzed ice in teh scoring remote; Tollbooth and Ichi 1.0 on R&D). It is possible to get through ice with this deck, you just don't want to.
Let me leave you with some words of advice from Mr. Kesuke Miyagi himself:
"If Netrunner used defend honor, defend life, Netrunner mean something. If Netrunner used defend plastic metal trophy, Netrunner no mean nothing."

@nordrunner You got any Councilman in your build? I've been experimenting with it to stop IG but it becomes very expensive. |

I should actually update this with the Political Operative version I've been using. |

Have you experimented with EMP device In this deck? I feel like in combination with Run Amok it basically becomes another blackmail.
