Remember the Scorch

wkz 27

Tired of Runners MAWing you agendas?

Do not like that fancy SacCon Clot The Source FA Block Remote Lock?

Film Critic in every matchup in the last 10 games, really, I thought this card was restricted or something?

I've got you, fam.

With all those shenenigans, the Runners forgot the holy fear of SEA - Scorch - Scorch. Also, Scorch has rotated, but who cares about minor details.

The Runners gone soft.
They install breakers and run your centrals.
The multiaccess of choice is Turning Wheel.
Top Hat - Equivocation is the new Medium.
Jesus Christ, they even play Armitage now!

Oops, didn't mean to go all poetry on you, sorry about that.

Introducing the SEA-Scorch 2.0:

SEA Source - SEA Source - Biotic Labor - BOOM!

(or SEASEABioBOOM for short)

Game Plan:

You gain much , draw lots of *, gain bunch of and the runner.

(*there isn't an icon for card, so I've used MU)

You can also score out against cautious runners.

Combo-Wombo Calculation:

To flatline the Runner you need to have

(Runner's Money + Link)*2 + 12

If the runner has 7 or more cards, play you need additional 2x Biotic Labor and a counter from Elective Upgrade to Archived Memories into second BOOM!. And 12 more moneys.

If the runner has more than 14 cards, they should be ashamed of playing Counter Surveillance deck*

(*just jk, I'm vegan on this deck #literallynobeef)

Card Choices:

MCA Austerity Policy - Runner must run and trash this thing.
PAD Campaign - It is nice if runner runs and trashes this thing. It's okay if they don't.
NASX - See PAD Campaign.
Elective Upgrade - Score a bunch of Vitruvii, also can replace Biotic Labor for kill.
Voting Machine Initiative - Deny Day Job three times.
All the money to kill the Runner
All the draw, also the money.
Fairchildren - Much tax, usually costs as much to rez as it is to break.
SEA Source, Biotic Labor, BOOM!, because that's the combo.

Not included:

Bryan Stinson - we don't want to give runner ideas that they need to stay above six money.

Conclusion:

This deck loses hard against almost everything

sidenote: This deck is legal post-rotation, but it uses some cards that are both in original coreset and in the revised one, and I messed up on import. You can absolutely take it to worlds!
