Rielle's Headlock v1.2

Kable 229

Events section pretty much overhauled, removing the R&D stuff and switching it for a 3x interface, more comfy with the single easy run that Rielle grants each turn, and not only 3 times in a game. Modded helps me land them and Atmans; the single SOT is solely a counter for the risk of discarding Levy AR. Added Armitage Codebusting for more economy, which I actually needed in a more run-efficient optic, even maintaining long-term efficient Kati Jones.

Saw your other comment and dropped by to check this out. It looks like you're getting the same thing I get about kit, just being able to lock down each ice of R&D, or being able to outright destroy it, because she can get sucker tokens easily.

My first reaction was, you're using kati as a long term econ, and armitage to smooth things over. I'd switch the values to 3 arm 2 kati because you want that cheap accessable money as often as possible, kati just makes things burst nice and easy. The hardware looks tight. I love modded as an econ card because it also has the work compression built in.

My fear is that with no femme, you're looking for trouble. Even just a 1 of would be really good. So try to ask yourself, do I really need 2 crescentus? Because that's obviously the first cut, with potentially splitting up a parasite. I'm a big fan of parasite though.

I think 1 tinkering is okay, if you're willing to use SoT in a real pinch, because its one of the most aggression supporting cards shaper has, and in Kit, it can be the difference of making or not making a run.

I wonder if scavenge is even needed in this deck, you'll find some target for it without having to move it after the fact. Maybe go -2 scavenge +1 SMC +1 tinkering/test run. Really get that rig up quick.

Just some thoughts.

Scavenge IMHO is to be kept, especially if I put the Femme in. Econ balance definitely switches to 3-2 Armitage-Kati. I don't feel the need for one more tutor with Procons inside, I can reasonably draw a fair amount of cards while building my credits pool for a run. Thanks for the hint!
