This is an attempt to make good on Rielle's promise of a "universal" breaker deck 💚

🐺 Lobisomem is a legitimate decoder AND fracter, and Kit's ability ensures the fracter bit will ALWAYS have charges. Sentinels are then opened up to breaking by way of Egret. This way face-checks are a tad less safe than with a proper killer, but Lobi is just so much more economic and effective (2 Strength and 1:+2 Strength) than most other Startup killers, especially with Influence points being spent elsewere. Lobi is quite expensive, but...

📟 Test Run can tutor it while gifting one turn of running for cheap.

🦝 Retrieval Run is a way to install it for dirty cheap: just aggressively draw and then discard it. Plus, recursion in case of unforeseen accidents is nice to have.

☎️ Prepaid VoicePAD can make this all even cheaper or free.

The main play is classic: run R&R for multi-access. Rielle's ability means this is going to usually be just one strong run per turn, rather than multiple ones. Still, Lobi's dual nature and the judicious use of Egret can allow for some additional runs from time to time. In this Trick Shot is an amazing tool: it funds the main R&D run and allows for additional remote harassment, helping to manage spam corps and compress run clicks.

Multi-access is quite opportunistic in this deck. The Twinning has gone with the tide. Conduit feels kinda slow and expensive to me. Thus, we get mAccess by way of Maker’s Eye, Trick Shot, Pretty, Beatriz, Eru and the almighty Cataloguer. In addition to mAccess, our connections also serve the purpose of exasperating the Corp by opening vulnerabilities left and right of R&R, literally.

Valentina and Solidarity Badge deal with Tags, which seem to be quite common in the current meta, while AirbladeX (JSRF Ed.) help with some face-checks and overall damage mitigation.

The main economy relies on the usual suspects: Sure Gambles, Dirty Laundrys, Telework Contracts and the VoicePAD discounts. It's not a money printing engine (💸🤷‍♂️) but it's the best I could come up with.

Fast & cheap card draw is also important, favoring VRcation over Earthrise Hotel, although I'm testing to see how sound this is.
