My first attempt at building contra NEH Astrobiotics. Old school tag-me packing syphons and data leaks. It has proven to be surprisingly affective in the first few games against the same opponent: won 8, lost 3 (73%).
Game plan is econ denial. The sooner John Masanori enters play, the better. Trash every PAD Campaign and other assets NEH likes to install. Account Siphon them only when they are low on credits. Install Data Leak Reversal as soon as you get one, then trash from R&D as if there is no tomorrow. While they trash DLR and try to recover econ, mount an attack with viruses where they are weaker. If they are hoarding agendas in HQ, attack it with Sneakdoor Beta and Nerve Agent. Playing against Whizzard, they can be caught off-guard by SDB.
Note that, as an exercise, I restricted the card pool up to Mala Tempora, so there is a lot of space to improve here. Scrubber is the first candidate for substitution.

The ideal starting grip is something like: John Masanori, Data Leak Reversal, Sure Gamble, Corroder and Djinn.

Have fun!
