Boom & Bust

I've been working on this Nasir build for a bit, and was able to get a few games in at league night. I went with an R&D lock build, with the ability to get in where needed late game. Nasir poses some interesting problems to late game, once a majority of the corps ICE is rezzed, so I included Magnum Opus as a burst credit generator for late game. Kati Jones should be used early to keep a pile of credits safe while Nasir's pool fluctuates wildly.

Breaker wise, I went with a rig that can bump their strength before Nasir loses credits and they keep that strength for the rest of the run. This should allow me to break most ICE even when running with low credits.

I went with The Toolbox as the console, but Dinosaurus may be a good alternative. Beyond that its fairly standard. Places for Nasir to drop credits before they vanish, Imp to trash assets and agendas he might not have credits for by the end of a run. Parasite to get rid of the popups, pups, etc by using a clone chip before encountering them.

Parasite is there to be hosted on Personal Workshop or brought in via Clone Chip during a run. You destroy PopUps, Pups, and other problematic ice after the rez, but before the encounter. Keeping your credit pool intact.

From the few games i have played, this has been a super fun deck that makes the runner and the corp play very differently. It helps to have a run timing chart on hand, as people who haven't seen him before will have plenty of questions.

Looks solid. Not convinced about the need for both Kati and MOpus. They basically fill the same slot. I'd reccomend an Inti and a Sharpshooter. Inti makes you an actual threat to NBN fast advance, and face planting into Archer or Ichi is a problem with Femme.

Have you found Xanadu worth it? I'm always worried that it won't be worth playing without other denial.

`@Thike I'm not completely convinced about MO either, but I erred on the side of too much econ for my first revision.

Xanadu was another card that is open for being cut. I was considering replacing it with Rook. It is less about denial as much as making the reward for rezzing better for Nasir. If I didn't run those I would consider an additional Imp and a Stimhack.
