@Artbroken Ask yourself what the goal of the deck is. If it's a kill deck then you should tailor your ice to suit. Shiro and Ashigaru won't do much for you, but DNA Tracker is great here, and if you're only interested in gear check ETRs then consider Vanilla, as Ashigaru demands a heavy up-front cost. I'd also swap Neural Katana for Cortex Lock.

Also consider that you're not using up all your influence, and you're 2 cards below the 20 agenda point threshold. You have Friends in High Places to help bring back lots of trashed cards, but there are other ways to maximise your kill.

What do you if the Runner has a Paperclip in thier heap and decides not to run until they see something being advanced? None of your agendas can be scored in 2 turns without them being advanced in the first turn. I'd also have a counter for Employee Strike too, since you're not scoring and don't have any currents to counter one being played on you.
