Since you're using Making News, a good use of influence instead of Eli would be Viper. A solid barrier then would be TMI. I don't think you have enough support for Bandwidth so I would consider cutting it. I think you could also drop Archived Memories and fit in another 2 Traffic Accidents, since that's how you will primarily want to get rid of I've Had Worse. If you could make room for them, a really good source of drip econ is Marked Accounts, since you don't have enough hard end the run ICE to protect those Melanges for more than a turn. Everything else seems pretty solid though, and you're definitely on the right track.
Also, you may want to tinker with your agendas a bit. I'm sure NAPD Contract will be fine, but another solid alternative to it since you have a lot of tag support is Market Research, since it becomes a 4/3 agenda if the Runner is tagged when you score it.
