"I guess we were all guilty, in a way. We all shot him, we all skinned him, and we all got a complimentary bumper sticker that said, 'I helped skin Bob.'" -- Jack Handey

Hi, I'm Tanner, and I'm addicted to burning your house down.

This deck is a very effective way to scorch everybody to death. In case you couldn't tell by the title, or the composition of the deck. It is built with Midseason Replacements to give the option of multi-turn scorch combos. Give them 9 tags and triple scorch them next turn, and to counter things like Decoy and New Angeles City Hall, though I didn't actually run into any of those. It also has two copies of Taurus to get rid of Plascretes in an alternate way.

There is a killer two-card combo in this deck - The Root and Executive Boot Camp. These two cards make a four-credit click for you every turn. Rez a card with them when your turn begins, then pull it back into hand and install it again. Not many runner decks can keep up with economy like that.

I like to bait the runner with an IAA behind a Curtain Wall and a Taurus. Then, they lose a ton of money breaking the wall and can't afford to break Taurus's subs, so you get rid of their plascretes. Then they steal an agenda and you tag them to death.

I've had versions of this deck since the day Blue Sun came out, but it wasn't until I threw in the Midseason Replacements that I felt it was truly tier 1. I started it out with an Amazon Industrial Upgrades instead of the Executive Boot Camp, but Executive Boot Camp also doubles as Leela and Valencia protection for your centrals.

Elizabeth Mills is there for your Hostiles, but also to combat Noise decks with Wyldside and Aesop, and shaper decks with Personal Workshop.

If I were to rebuild it, I'd replace the Eden Fragment with a Utopia Fragment, and nothing else. I might turn the Eli 1.0s into Hives and turn the SEA Source into another Midseason, but as of right now, this is perhaps the perfect deck for me.

The loss it had came from a Utopia Shard fired at the right moment and a very long, hard-fought match the rest of the way. All the other five wins were done by Scorch. One of them, I scorched away his second plascrete, waited a turn, put it back in with Jackson, Atlased it out, and triple scorched the next turn.
