We Know Everything v1

LynxMegaCorp 1343

The idea is simple; use Hive, Paper Wall or Chimera to protect GRNDL early on, advancing it slowly. Use Hunter / Caduceus to annoy runs on HQ (helps lessen the effectiveness of Account Siphon as you can throw credits into traces). Flare is meant to trash pesky Plascretes, and Curtain Wall over a Cad or Chimera is meant to protect the score server (if tag and bag isn't working out). Snare!'s purpose is to hit Plascreted runners where it hurts if they're not drawing before runs. Chairman's ability is perfect for a well-timed Snare! or Scorch, and finally, transactions ensure you have credits at all times. Have used this only a few times, but managed to win by scoring and scorched. My first published deck, only a month into Android: Netrunner. Conscrit / questions are welcome!

I'm considering removing Punitive Counterstrike for more themed Ice, perhaps more solid Etrs. Again, suggestions are appreciated.

IMO, you defnitely need at least 6 or 7 more ICE in there to even remotely assume the ability to defend GRNDL Refinery early on. So if you have no qualms about dropping the Punitives, then I'd do that first...then think about what to drop next to get just a couple more insurance ICE going in there to improve your odds.

I don't think Chairman Hiro is a necessity either...more of a luxury that's likely to be at the bottom of your deck when you need it most, heh. Maybe get rid of that, as well as 1 of your Dedicated Response Teams. Just a few thoughts for ya. :)

Tried Power Shutdown? Even without the whole Accelerated Diagnostics combo its a really good card, can easily clean Self-modifying Code or Clone Chip against a shaper, or Corroder against criminal if you're really lucky. I even won a game by repeadetly shutdowning my opponents plascrete against a Reina Roja: Freedom Fighter of the Steven Wooley style.

And if you haven't already try out the ever popular Jackson Howard he really helps dig for combo pieces, and can save you from being flooded by agendas. You also seem to not run SEA Source. Thats probably the best way to ensure landing scorched. And paper wall over ice wall in weyland seems a bit... wierd. Why not pay that one little credit to make it stay useful after they get their breaker?

I quite like Dedicated Response Team with the hunters, but i think they're hard to land with snare. Do you rez them whenever the runner succeeds on RnD and hope they stay alive until he actually find a snare or do you only use them with snare when they are running a snare in a remote or HQ?

@esutter479 funnily enough, I revised this deck a bit after posting it (I mainly posted it so someone else could see it), and just about every suggestion you made has been implemented. I'll publish the new version and link it asap.

@GammaCodeX I've shied away from Power Shutdown due to its volatility, though I suppose Jackson Howard makes a great insurance for it. I used SEA Source in a few Scorched Earth decks, and I'm not sure why I didn't try it in this one, so I'll have to make room. Also, not entirely sure why I added Paper Wall clueless. As for Dedicated Response Team, I suppose its a great check to the 'tag me' decks, ensuring I'm doing some damage if they keep the tags and run (their Plascrete Carapace can't last forever!

Thanks for the excellent comments; I'm publishing the new version soon.

Yea thats the main thing with DRT i think. but i find tag me to be pretty weak against scorched decks... they provide the hard part of the combo, you just need something for plascrete... but again DRT is just that: an answer for plascrete. Ill consider it next time i weyland ;D

I'm glad I unearthed a neat little trick to scaring off tag me runners! Also, here's the new version:

Decided to play with some unexpected toys that I think deal with any issues this deck might face.
